REALTIME Communications, formerly MERIDICT Systems is a wholly South African owned corporation, controlled and operated by professionals of indigenous African descent, with Registration Number: 2015/064604/07, formerly 1997/040852/23. We are a SANAS rated, EME [Exempted Micro Enterprise] B-BBEE enterprise. Our corporation is an electronic communications services (ECS) provider that is authorized by the regulator [ICASA] and holds two telecommunications licenses; IECNS[0410/IECNS/July/09] and IECS[0410/IECS/July/09]. The licenses include an allocation of a national non-geographic as well as geographic number ranges according to the National Destination Code (NDC) in accordance with Numbering Plan Regulations GG 28839, as lined out in the Electronic Communications Act [No 36 of 2005], see Government Gazette (Vol. 490, 18 April 2006, No 28743).
